Brian Edmondson Teaching Philosophy

After nearly 25 years of competing as a baseball player, I have had many successes and many failures. I have always believed that if you have the courage to put on the uniform and compete, you also have what it takes to win.

Through practice, with attention to detail and a quality effort level, players can develop their skills to approach the game with confidence. This is where I have personally witnessed and experienced the highest levels of on-field success.

To bring this out in a player and by working together to maximize realized potential is a privilege above and beyond being a coach.
