Title: AUTERSON BASEBALL INSTRUCTOR

After playing baseball for close to 18 years, it taught me a lot during and after being a player. One thing that stood out a lot was the mental side to the game. It’s one thing that I learned/benefited from a lot the more I played and was around the game. Everything starts up top and from the heart. If one doesn’t believe, it’s hard to progress from there.

Helping a kid find and learn their skills is essential when instructing. From there, you further advance ones skills. This in turn creates a more confident and powerful player whom is going to be successful.

Whatever Baseball fundamental it is that you’re attending to, you instruct them, and teach them how to believe in themselves and their ability. Once that is accomplished, this person is ready to learn, and nothing is, or will be in the way of this person from being whatever it is that they want to achieve.
