Brantley Flanagan Teaching Philosophy

As a baseball player since the age of 4 thru four successful years in college and as an instructor, I deeply believe that success is driven by consistent and fundamental discipline both mentally and physically.  The importance of maintaining a positive attitude and focus can not be overestimated.  

As a coach, my goal is to demonstrate thru example a positive attitude while developing each players’ God given talents and skills to enable them to execute at the highest level to produce maximum results. I take great satisfaction in knowing a player’s hard work and determination creates success on and off the field.  It is rewarding to see and hear the excitement from both players and parents when they realize the benefits of their commitment to excellence.
